Excellent Quality Service! Michael did an amazing job today! You can always expect great quality work from this company! Michael went ABOVE AND BEYOND besides being extremely friendly, knowledgeable, officiant and courtesy, he also was EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING, CONSCIENTIOUS AND CAUTIOUS with the set up I have for the stray kittens I have outside the house. He worked around it and with absolute care! I Absolutely love this company and the HARD WORK every single worker puts in and their dedication for their customers! We have had some scheduling mishaps in the past but Lake Norman Pest Control has committed to remedying those issues. Jake did an excellent job today. He is a great listener and really commits to making his customers feel heard. He is very attentive to all of our pest issues and goes out of his way to tame any problems and minimize their re-occurrence. The bonus with Jake is that he is also polite and professional!

LKN Pest Control has been the most consistent pest control company we've ever worked with. They notify you ahead of time, are always willing to reschedule or come back if needed for spot-treatments, and are very thorough. Nicholas has been out to our property several times and always addresses issues, offers the best solutions without trying to upsell us on products and services we don't need. Their office is always responsive and easy to get in touch with. I've had zero complaints since they started servicing our home over 8 months ago!

Mason was phenomenal! He was punctual and did his homework. In other words he reviewed what my insect issue was. He was well-versed in his trade and knew exactly what I needed. He evaluated the insects and put me at ease that it was not anything worse. He was very diligent and spent extra time In problematic areas.
